Where Do We Ship?

We ship to anywhere in Canada!  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Some items in your cart may be too large or too fragile to ship, in which case your only option at checkout will be "in store pickup only".   Contact us if you have any questions!

At this time we do not ship internationally outside of Canada.

 

Return & Credit Policy

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

 You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for in-store credit. The return package should be date-stamped by the shipping company within 10 days of you receiving the item.  If 10 calendar days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an in-store credit.

 You must first contact us for an authorization to return by email to [email protected], prior to sending your item back for return.  See below under “Authorization” for further details.

 To be eligible for an in-store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 Your item must be in the original, undamaged packaging.

 Your item needs to have the receipt as proof of purchase.

 No returns (sales are final) on:

  • Earrings
  • Footwear
  • Furniture
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Authorization

If you wish to return an item, you must first obtain an authorization to return for in-store credit from us prior to returning.  Please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and mailing address that the item was shipped to
  • The date of purchase and order number (can be found at the top of your receipt)
  • The item you wish to return for credit, and the reason for return

Once we have received your email, if all is within the terms stated on this policy, we will email you an authorization to return for credit. You may then proceed with returning the item to us. 

Remember that your return must be shipped within 10 days of receipt, so emailing us for an authorization to return for in-store credit should be done as soon as possible to allow time for us to reply with your authorization to return email prior to you shipping your item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned for in-store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

In-store Credit

 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your in-store credit after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, then your in-store credit will be processed.  We will email you with a code that can be used for future online purchases to redeem your in-store credit; or if you are in the area of our physical store, you can pick up a physical gift-card with the credit loaded on it.
